Clay Creek Gardens was a collection of new homes inspired by Ashland's pioneer past. We took a page from the days when life was a bit slower, the neighborhood a bit friendlier, the home more inviting. We noticed that the often unseen quality that makes a great neighborhood is a variety of home styles. For that reason, we offer a choice of 10 models on 24 lots.
Like the great historic neighborhoods, Clay Creek Gardens featured a variety of Ashland's architectural eras.
Farmhouse vernaculars might share the block with Craftsman bungalows. A quaint cottage may face a Prairie Foursquare. Consistent workmanship and quality components create a cohesive neighborhood of historic proportions and ageless appeal.
A common element of those styles is the front porch, and all our homes feature spacious porches. We placed them nearer the sidewalk so you can visit with your neighbors as they walk by. We've moved the garages back, too, so it looks like people, not cars, live in Clay Creek Gardens.
We have also designed a neighborhood of intimate streets; with wide, landscaped park rows filled with shade trees, and designed some creek-side lots, and others with alley garage access. And we made the neighborhood attractive for walking, with sidewalks separated from the street, and wide paths that connect Clay Creek Gardens with other Ashland neighborhoods.
