Crimson Court was a collection of 9 new homes inspired by the past, on a quite cul-de-sac. We've taken a page from the days when life was a bit slower, the neighborhood a bit friendlier, the home more inviting. We've noticed that the often unseen quality that makes a great neighborhood is a variety of home styles. Like the great historic neighborhoods, Crimson Court featured a variety of architectural eras. Farmhouse vernaculars might share the block with Craftsman bungalows. Consistent workmanship and quality components create a cohesive neighborhood of historic proportions and ageless appeal. But an impressive list of standard amenities and upgrades meant you'll enjoy modern convenience as well. A common element of those styles is the front porch, and all our homes feature spacious porches. We placed them nearer the sidewalk so you can visit with your neighbors as they walk by. We moved the garages back, too, so it looks like people, not cars, live in Crimson Court.
