As with all of our homes, it is Earth Advantage certified, guaranteeing a healthier living environment as well as adding value to the resale of the home.

Take a tour of 998 Clear Creek Drive...

Unlike many properties in Ashland, this lot has a flat backyard that sits behind the train tracks. This means easy access to the bike path! The other distinctive quality about this new home is its views. Even though it is only one floor, there are expansive views of the mountains across the valley.

Design of 998 Clear Creek Home

Suncrest owner Charlie Hamilton and Suncrest designer Robert Scott began the design process of this home, but soon decided they wanted an additional set of ideas to really make the home unique.
