998 Clear Creek is a 1501 square foot, one level home. Although still under construction, this home is in a wonderful location near the rail road district in Ashland. The home sits at the end of a dead end street backing up to the Ashland wetlands providing a quiet setting. As with all of our homes, it is Earth Advantage certified, guaranteeing a healthier living environment as well as adding value to the resale of the home.

Unlike many properties in Ashland, this lot has a flat backyard that sits behind the train tracks. This means easy access to the bike path! The other distinctive quality about this new home is its views. Even though it is only one floor, there are expansive views of the mountains across the valley.

Suncrest owner Charlie Hamilton and Suncrest designer Robert Scott began the design process of this home, but soon decided they wanted an additional set of ideas to really make the home unique.
