This French Provincial home tucked above Ashland was just one big slope before we started. With our years of subdivision experience we cut and filled to create a large flat plateau for the house, pool and backyard with vistas over the valley. This home has a true feel of elegance throughout.


TESSA

Although this home sits on an acre of land we had a number of restrictions to deal with in designing this home; small building envelope, easements and set backs. The owners wanted us to design this home for their growing family, so we created a 600 Sq. Ft. unfinished room over the garage, we prepared the electrical and HVAC systems so the finishing of this space would be a simple process. 


LUPINE

One of our attributes is the ability to work with land, designing a home to capture postive aspects of the terrain while mitigating any negatives. When we sat down with the Scheins they had a full set of plans all already to go, but they were feeling like something just wasn't right, so we started fresh. We created a mountain lodge that fits right into the hillside with views over the valley and a place and space for the whole family.
